NORTHARK'S GREEN TEAM CLEANS UP
Northark’s Green Team hosted a Crooked Creek Clean Up last Saturday. Over 100 students, faculty and board members picked up trash and brought non-perishable food items to donate to Share and Care. Since the green effort began, Northark has made various improvements designed to reduce its “carbon footprint.” The college has collected more than 8 tons of recyclables and is participating in activities such as the cleanup to raise the level of understanding and awareness of the need to be more conscious of our resource and energy usage.
