By signing this form, I agree to abide by the policy set forth by North Arkansas College's Computer Use Policy.  I understand that if I do not abide by this policy, my e-mail account will be terminated and/or computer use will be restricted.

You MUST bring a picture ID with you when requesting any information about your account (either a drivers license, a state ID, or a Northark student ID)

Return completed form (this page) to room B202 in the JPH building.

If there is no one in the office, please slide it under the door.


Do not
give it to someone else to deliver it for you, this sheet contains information about YOU.

Please allow 1 school day for your application to be processed (provided there is no missing or incorrect information on the application).

E-Mail Information - Your e-mail address is username@northark.edu
The information below will tell you how to access your e-mail account whether you are ON or OFF campus.

 

1. Go to the college website at www.northark.eduoutlook web image

2. Click on the Students tab

3. Click on the Student E-Mail link on the left side

4. In the User name box, type your username

5. In the Password box, type your password, the one you use to get onto the computers on campus

6. Outlook will open and be ready to use

7. When finished, click on the Logoff button located on the right side of the screen and close the browser
