What Is The Green Team?
It's About Responsibility
Here at Northark we are serious about the environment. The Green Team is a group made up of students, faculty, and staff. Think of it as a Northark task force charged with creating and maintaining environmentally sustainable policies at the college. The Team is open to anyone affiliated with North Arkansas College. Take some time to explore what we are doing and, if you are interested in joining the Green Team, look at the information below.
The Northark Green Team is in partnership with the Northwest Arkansas Regional Solid Waste Management District.
How Can You Join?
It's as Easy as Showing Up
The Green Team meets about once a month and all you need to do to sign up is come to one of our meetings (don't worry, there is no ceremonial hazing). If you think you want to participate, join our Facebook Page as we try to put all meetings and events there.
You can now be included in an online community for Northark Green Team on the Northark Portal. Membership in this group will allow you to access social networks, send email and chat with other members sharing common interests. If you would like to sign up follow this link: Northark Green Team Group
