Northark Farm Bureau
What does Collegiate Farm Bureau do?
This organization's main goal is to promote agricultural awareness for everyone. The chapter was formed to give students the opportunity to become involved in Farm Bureau while learning about agricultural issues and policies as well as developing future leaders for the agricultural industry.
The purpose of the North Arkansas College Collegiate Farm Bureau:
• To further communication among agriculture students
• To gain information about the work of a Farm Organization
• To gain information about legislative and lobbying activities
• To keep up-to-date on Farm Bureau policies and activities
• To promote the profession of agriculture related occupations
The North Arkansas College Collegiate Farm Bureau organization encourages members to become involved in the following programs:
• Young Farmer and Rancher program
• Agriculture in the Classroom
• Political Education
• Farm Safety
• Consumer education along with local affairs and other specific informational programs.
• Discussion Meets at annual conventions
