For Faculty and Staff

Faculty & Staff   |   Students  |  Resources  |  Title III Staff  |  Summer Workshops

Strengthening faculty and staff development to support new student success initiatives is an important component of Title III at Northark.  Faculty have opportunities to modify and develop new curriculum, learn to use alternative teaching techniques and technologies, and attend training workshops on campus to support project development. Each year faculty and staff may attend a Summer Institute sponsored by Title IIII.  Participants familiarize themselves with the latest technology and teaching methods in order to develop a variety of teaching modes and advanced instructional skills.  Summer Institute attendees work collaboratively to design Title III projects creating a collective vision of student success.  This activity is dedicated to support the following institutional goals:

  1. Provide comprehensive, high quality educational programs that are committed to successful student outcomes.
  2. Support a highly qualified faculty and staff who are committed to excellence in the learning environment.
  3. Provide support services which assist students to meet educational and career goals.
