"Participating in an honors program would certainly be a positive influence in our decision. Not only will this be more impressive on a resume, but … will provide a better foundation on which to build their future careers."
- J. Fred Bucy, President Texas Instruments
About Us
-
As a participant in the Honors Program, you will have exciting and creative learning opportunities. You may take honor sections or general education courses each
semester. All these courses transfer to four-year institutions or count toward an associate degree. In honors classes, you approach learning from a different perspective. You take a more active role, working in small classes on individual and group projects with your classmates and instructors. Therefore, your work is different, not more difficult and not more time consuming.
